Agora Projects are the leading project developers in the North West of Botswana and have successfully completed a large number of property development projects since being incorporated in 1995.
Agora Projects undertakes a wide range of work in all areas: commercial/retail, office, industrial, residential and educational. Our involvement in most of the projects has been as developers with involvement all the way from registration of title, feasibility study, cost estimate, architectural and engineering design, identification of tenants, finance search, supervision during construction, to hand over and retention management. The bulk of the properties are now managed by our sister company, Agora Properties (Pty) Ltd, in association with Monageng Valuers (Pty) Ltd.
